Meridian Model Flyers is a club dedicated to the building, flying, and flight instruction of Radio Controled Models.

We Began in 1995 in the town of Stony Plain by a small group of dedicated modelers. Where we leased a small field from the Stony Plain Exhibition Society. We have now grown to over 40 members and have leased a new 80 acre site from the Town of Stony Plain.

On The new site which is 1Km north of highway 16A on Golf course Road. has a grass runway of over 600 feet X 135 feet, a sun shelter and outhouse facilities.

Membership is open to all with the restriction that you must have M.A.A.C or A.M.A membership to fly at our site as the club is a chartered member of MAAC (Model Aeronautics Association of Canada).
